Home Visit Tech Support
$80 – Covers call-out and the first 30 minutes of work
$120 – If the job takes up to 1 hour
$120/hour – For work beyond the first hour, billed in 30-minute increments
Travel Charges
I’m based in Federal, NSW.
Travel within 20 minutes – No extra cost
Travel beyond 20 minutes – $20 per additional 10 minutes travel time

If I can’t resolve your issue, only the base call-out fee applies. Usually we would have screened issues outside of my scope in the initial contact.

I’m based in Federal, NSW, and service Byron Bay, Ballina, Mullumbimby, Lismore, and surrounding areas. Travel beyond 20 minutes from Federal incurs a small travel fee.
